Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership in the restaurant.
• Manage HR functions: scheduling, performance management, recruitment, discipline, coaching and training, and performance appraisals.
• Maintain financials: inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, cost of sales and labor.
• Attain financial targets.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Handle daily cash deposits and cash variances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor competitor promotions and market trends.
• Maintain high customer service levels and resolve issues.
• Order products and manage supplier relations.
• Support District Manager in market activities.
