Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership in the restaurant.
HR functions: performance management, scheduling, policy communication, recruitment, discipline, coaching and training.
Maintain financials: inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, cost of sales and labor.
Attain financial targets.
Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Deposit cash daily at the bank and manage cash issues.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Monitor competitor promotions and market trends.
