Job summary

Gaylord Hotels at National Harbor, MD is seeking a Restaurant Management professional to oversee daily operations for Restaurants/Bars and Room Service where applicable. You will supervise staff, assist with menu planning, and uphold sanitation standards while supporting servers and hosts during peak meal periods.

Responsibilities include driving guest and employee satisfaction, training needs assessment, and implementing development plans to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years experience in food & beverage or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food & beverage or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service operations.
• Reviews staffing to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Leads and mentors team, enforces service standards and compliance with policies.
• Manages guest satisfaction, handles issues, and supports service during peak times.
