Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food & beverage, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations and staff across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service as applicable.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods.
• Plan menus and improve guest and employee satisfaction while supporting financial performance.
• Provide training, coaching, and development plans; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure consistent service delivery from greeting to departure.
