Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service and prompt, high-quality food in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join us and work closely with the District Manager to maintain operational standards. Training and development will be provided, with internal promotions based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with state and federal documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
