• Assist the Restaurant General Manager by coordinating great work shifts and handling administrative duties.
• In the absence of the RGM, provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Help find, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads and ensure health and safety standards are met.
