Job summary

SHAMROCKTBC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and leadership. You will help manage shifts, handle administrative tasks, and uphold Taco Bell standards for service and food safety.

In the absence of the RGM, you will lead the team to maintain performance, training, and development. You will also assist with hiring, facility upkeep, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Strong customer service mindset and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM by managing great work shifts and completing admin duties.
• In the RGM's absence, provide leadership to ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Oversee team members and shift leads to ensure safe, quality food and friendly service.
• Help with facility maintenance, hiring and developing staff while upholding health standards.
