Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain brisk, organized pace with no unnecessary steps.
• Adhere to recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting.
• Portioning using scales and measuring tools with test controls.
• Keep kitchen and equipment clean to a 'like new' condition.
• Be productive by delivering quality and quantity within the time frame.
