Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception
• Coordinates the operations of the restaurant, bar and kitchen areas
• Organizes and supervises shifts and floor plans based on reservations and walk-in business
• Responds to and resolves customer concerns and complaints
• Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
• Prepares and reconciles cash drawers and enforces cash control policies
• Balances the safe and disburses funds as needed
• Implements posted work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed
• Maintains inventory and ensures equipment is in good working order
