Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
• Organizes and supervises shifts and floor plans based on reservations.
• Responds to and resolves customer concerns and complaints.
• Maintains high standards of quality, hygiene, legality, health, and safety.
• Prepares and reconciles cash drawers and enforces cash control policies.
• Responsible for cash security procedures and safe balances.
• Implements work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Maintains inventory and equipment for smooth operations.
