Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant/hospitality/retail management experience.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure guest experience meets standards.
• Assist General Manager with scheduling, hiring, and retention.
• Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports to meet goals.
• Monitor brand standards and control costs across shifts.
