Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead the team with professional direction. You will ensure presentation, service standards, and teamwork across all shifts.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, ServSafe certification, and experience handling beer, wine, and liquor. You will manage scheduling, inventory, safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and local laws while

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience.
Experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor.
ServSafe certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Direct daily restaurant operations and maintain appearance and guest experience.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and laws.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu and food preparation.
Achieve targeted financial results through scheduling and inventory control.
Enforce safety and sanitation practices across restaurant.
Uphold company culture and serve as a role model.
Complete SOPs and Systems in Place.
All other duties as assigned.
