• Operational leadership including overseeing ordering, maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• Responsible for production of Always Fresh standards and waste management.
• Manage budgets, control costs, maximize profits, and meet sales and transaction targets.
• Recruiting and developing team members, training, coaching, and motivating staff to hit targets.
• Build bench strength by identifying high-potential employees for progression, set team goals, ensure open-door communication, and maintain high guest experience standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation and policies, conduct inspections and address hazards.
• Provide leadership on waste management procedures and ensure safety of team and guests.
