The Taco Bell in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with brand standards. You will supervise managers and crew, manage budgets, and maintain food safety and quality across all restaurant functions.

You will develop staffing plans, coach personnel, and implement strategies to hit sales and margin targets while fostering a positive guest experience and a high-performance team.

Formación

• Ability to analyze sales, labor, and controllables and take action to protect margins.
• Experience managing HR activities, staffing, and performance in food service or retail.
