Taco Bell Corp. in Philadelphia seeks an Area Coach (AC) who directly supervises Associate General Managers, Shift Managers, and hourly crew to drive operational excellence across the restaurant.

The RGM provides leadership, ensures standards for service, product quality, food safety, and cost control, and develops the store team through training and coaching. You will lead by example and drive guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ability to lead and train hourly employees.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drive excellence in customer service and maintain quality standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet margin targets.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules.
• Direct HR activities including staffing and coaching.
• Train and mentor Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers to grow into higher roles.
