Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead daily operations in an individual restaurant in Pennsylvania. You will supervise associate GMs, shift managers, and hourly crew, ensuring top service, product quality, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include financial planning, staffing, training, and maintaining safety and operational targets. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to drive profit

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
Supervisory experience in food service or retail environments.
Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Maintain fast, accurate service with positive guest relations and ensure product quality.
Model customer-focused service and train managers and crew to meet service standards.
Track, analyze and resolve customer complaints; ensure food safety standards are met.
Develop and drive the restaurant's annual operating plan; monitor sales and margins.
Train and mentor staff on financial analyses; oversee CAPEX requests and vendor relations.
Ensure facilities and equipment meet company standards; monitor inventory and food prep.
Set service speed targets (SWS) and manage weekly schedules.
Direct HR activities: hiring, Learning Zone training, performance, compensation, and relations.
Maintain staffing plans and ensure a fair work environment compliant with regulations.
