Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview and train.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Maintain health and safety standards and contribute to a fun, family environment.
