You will oversee staffing, training, and scheduling while ensuring adherence to company standards and financial goals. The role is on-site at a Denny's location in the Pittsburgh area with a focus on growth and guest care.

• Manages financial performance to budgets including payroll, food costs, and expenses.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of restaurant staff and trainers.
