7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role supports the Restaurant Leader, oversees daily operations, and develops staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards, manage food quality, and use store reports to drive improvements. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1+ year of restaurant management acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required if 1+ year restaurant management experience.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training with the Restaurant Leader.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficient computer knowledge and ability to read operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across products.
• Use P&L and store reports to inform operational decisions and improvements.
