• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in related management required.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and lead a team.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct unit management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and equipment standards across the unit.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Report safety issues to management promptly.
