You will supervise staff across departments, manage staffing, coaching, training, and development, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards to maintain an exceptional dining experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee HR compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide performance feedback and recognition to managers and staff.
• Develop and follow through on Individual Development Plans for managers.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and maintain open communication.
