Dairy Queen is seeking a proactive restaurant leader to oversee all operations at the Texas location. The role will manage financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing, ensuring adherence to franchisor guidelines and company standards.

Responsibilities include developing staff, optimizing schedules, handling guest concerns, and driving profitability through effective cost control.

Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
Incorporates PRIDE systems and routines into day-to-day operations.
Develops and achieves the restaurant's game plan with the DM.
Ensures guest service in all areas meets company standards.
Responds to customer complaints promptly to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
Collaborates with the local chamber and schools to boost restaurant sales.
Staffs, trains, and develops assistant managers and hourly staff, including performance reviews.
Manages schedules to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
Oversees restaurant P&L to optimize profits and controls COGS, labor, and controllables.
Manages operations to grow staff, sales, and profitability per location game plan.
Ensures adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Strives for guest satisfaction through quality, value, service, and cleanliness.
Maintains positive relationships among restaurant team members to boost morale and productivity.
