• Ensures restaurant is operated within operational guidelines established by owner and franchisor.
• Responds to customer complaints and ensures customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Staffs, trains and develops assistant managers and hourly employees.
• Manages restaurant P&L to optimize profit and controls costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees entire restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing.
• Works with local chamber and schools to increase restaurant sales.
• Ensures guest service in all areas meets company standards.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with all restaurant team members to maximize morale and productivity.
• Develops and achieves the restaurant's game plan in collaboration with their DM.
• Ensures proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
