Job summary

Sweet Lou’s Restaurants is seeking a results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee inventory, compliance, and cost controls while promoting the brand and maintaining a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of food, wine and beer, along with English proficiency and familiarity with restaurant management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as restaurant manager.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management.
• Extensive food, wine and beer knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Experience organizing shifts and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
