Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation's Sonic restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager who will help run the operation smoothly and keep guests satisfied. You’ll oversee daily station duties (fountain, frozen, grill, expeditor, drive-thru where applicable), lead and supervise staff, and assist with new employee orientation and training to maintain high performance.

You’ll ensure compliance with all policies, supervise cleaning and sanitation, and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise station duties (fountain, frozen, grill, expeditor, drive-thru where applicable) to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food prep areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
