Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Chico, CA. This role provides operational coverage during hours of operation, supervises staff, and trains team members to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service.

The AGM performs hands-on duties and supports the Restaurant General Manager to maintain operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and achieve sales and margin targets. On-site role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair treatment of staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding Taco Bell employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures; report variances.
• Assist with scheduling and deploying the team.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain daily cash procedures and bank deposits.
