In this role you’ll assist with staffing, training, and evaluating team performance, while solving customer issues with a positive attitude and guiding staff through policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or quick-service environment preferred.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee great work shifts and admin duties to support the Restaurant General Manager.
• Provide leadership in the RGM's absence to ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Assist with hiring, developing Team Members and Shift Leads, and maintaining health and safety standards.
