Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. in Glen Ellyn seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts and handling administrative duties.

You will step in for the RGM when needed, ensuring operations meet Taco Bell standards and that team members perform their duties while serving safe, high-quality food with a friendly attitude.

Assist with hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and coordinating shifts.
• Ability to provide feedback and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage great work shifts and administrative duties to support the RGM.
• Provide leadership in absence of the RGM to ensure Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing staff and ensuring health and safety standards.
