• Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts and completing administrative duties.
• Lead Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Assist with facility maintenance, recruiting and developing staff, and health and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Ensure cash handling, inventory and labor policies are followed.
