Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, manage waitlist and reservations, escort to tables, and assist as needed.
• Reservation Management: Take and confirm reservations, maintain records, communicate special requests.
• Guest Assistance: Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with servers and kitchen, relay guest info, manage wait times.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Open/cleaning tasks, keep host stand and waiting area tidy, stock materials.
