Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant General Manager, covering operating hours and supervising staff. You’ll drive customer service excellence, ensure product quality, and support daily finances and controls while hands-on guiding crew.

Ideal candidates show promotable leadership toward a Restaurant General Manager role, with experience coaching hourly staff and implementing improvements in service efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and high product quality.
• Drive customer-focused culture and train managers and crew to meet standards.
• Develop and monitor operating plan, analyze sales, labor and inventory, act to protect margins.
• Direct HR activities including hiring decisions, training, performance management and relations.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet company standards and manage scheduling.
