Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in front-of-house operations and/or assistant management.
• Strong math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Communicate in the predominant language of the trading area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate staff to achieve objectives.
• Train, lead, and motivate employees for high guest service and satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent food preparation and serving according to recipes and standards.
• Control cash and reconcile receipts according to restaurant policies.
