Job summary

Subway is seeking a team-oriented Assistant Manager/Shift Manager to join our Louisiana location. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, restaurant upkeep, inventory control, and staff scheduling while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing 4-12 staff, coordinating events, and aiding with product ordering. Training will be provided. Full-time and part-time day/evening/weekend shifts vary by location.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator with the ability to interact with all team levels.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional and visually appealing.
• Control inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Be a strong team player.
• Manage a staff of 4-12 and evaluate work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in the restaurant.
