Growing Casual Dining Restaurant Concept is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced setting. This hands-on role develops teams, enhances guest experiences, and drives profitability while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

The AGM will partner with the General Manager, oversee scheduling and costs, and ensure exceptional hospitality across shifts. A proven track record in high-volume dining and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience required.
• P&L familiarity and ability to manage costs and labor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
