Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Homestead, FL. You will drive profitability, guest service, and people development while managing a team of 20-45 staff under the RGM.

You will oversee inventory control, safety, and brand standards, coaching shifts coordinators and team members to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Direct profitability through inventory control and cost management.
• Motivate guests with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility.
• Provide coaching and feedback to shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance.
• Direct operations to ensure timely prep and delivery of products within speed guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
