Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee every aspect of restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training; drive the P&L, budgeting, and cost controls; and lead the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality. This is a full-time role requiring leadership and a track record in casual dining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' salaried manager experience in full-service casual dining.
• Experience with full-service alcohol serving facility desirable.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Staff adequately and manage scheduling, planning, and daily decisions.
• Control day-to-day operations including P&L and cash procedures.
• Develop annual operating budget with area supervisor; monitor labor, food, beverage, and utilities costs.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees; handle performance and discipline.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Prepare quarterly sales projections and action plans for approval.
