United Franchise Group's West Palm Beach headquarters is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and financial success across the restaurant. You will guide brand standards and foster a hospitality-focused culture.

With 2–5 years in restaurant management, you will hire and develop teams, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling and inventory systems.
• ServSafe or Food Manager Certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and brand standards.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
• Train franchisees and managers.
• Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels.
• Control costs and ensure health and sanitation compliance.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and community engagement.
• Prepare operational, sales, labor, and productivity reports.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and overall appearance.
