Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and prep, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through events and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
