Job summary

The Biltmore Hotel in Miami is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold our BSOP standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant, strong English communication, and a Safe Serve Alcohol certification; a High School Diploma is required, associate degree preferred.

This role requires leadership, teamwork, and the ability to train staff and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must speak/read/write English fluently.
• Safe Serve Alcohol Certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Conduct daily and monthly staff training meetings.
• Perform daily facility maintenance checks for cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to and explain policies and procedures; maintain BSOP standards.
• Ensure proper manning levels and inventory control.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist management as needed.
