Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas with china, glass and silverware per guidelines.
• Review BEO with Captain during line-up and execute service accordingly.
• Provide exceptional service during meals and observe captain signals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Assist guests to ensure a memorable experience during stay.
