Isaac's Restaurants in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to share responsibility for guest satisfaction, service quality, and staff morale. You will support the General Manager and help ensure smooth daily operations while upholding health and safety standards.

As part of the leadership team, you will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, and you will participate in financial oversight to help meet budgets and control costs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Previous management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location and guests.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the management team and ensures policy adherence.
• Assist with hiring, assignment, motivation, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of personnel.
• Develops staffing plans to obtain appropriate number and types of employees.
• Oversees scheduling and maintains complete employee files.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with developing internal and external promotions and GMTs.
