Job summary

Isaac’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to share responsibility for customer happiness, service quality, and staff morale alongside the General Manager. You’ll help with hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and financial health of the restaurant.

You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and implement company policies while maintaining a positive guest experience and strong profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer happiness and service quality with the General Manager.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain equipment upkeep.
• Develop staff through training and promotion pathways to support store goals.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
