Job summary

Isaac's Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to share responsibility for customer happiness, service quality and team morale. You will oversee daily operations, assist with hiring, training and scheduling, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

You will work with the General Manager to maintain financial health, monitor inventories and costs, and drive customer satisfaction through leadership and coaching of staff in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; previous management experience is helpful.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the management team and ensures consistency in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Assists with hiring, assignment, motivation, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of personnel.
• Develops work schedules and maintains accurate employee files.
• Assists with training and development of future Assistant Managers.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are followed.
