Burger King in Del City, OK is seeking Assistant Managers to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team. As a key operations leader, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and ensure profitability through efficient service and brand standards.

You will coach shifts, monitor safety and cash controls, and coordinate with vendors as needed to maintain a clean, fast, and friendly restaurant that meets speed of service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of hourly staff.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic controls.

• Ensure preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.

• Direct team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Uphold operational and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
