Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Danvers, MA to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bar Staff and service teams, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and focus on guest engagement.
• Monitor guest-related metrics and drive guest experiences to create legendary visits.
