Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants as part of a high-energy, guest-focused restaurant.

In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive top performance and ensure the restaurant operates at peak level. You will also focus on guest engagement and guest-related metrics, delivering legendary experiences and coaching your team to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health codes.
• Safe food handling and sanitation knowledge.
• Responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures.
• Basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
