Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll drive guest engagement and ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
• Direct daily restaurant operations and ensure top performance across service areas.
