Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience, uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support daily operations. You will hire, train, and coach staff, while using AES Systems to run great shifts and ensure consistent performance.

In this role you’ll work with the General Manager to drive service, operations, and financial results, maintaining controls over cash and inventory and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities
