Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will hire, train, and coach the team; run operations with AES systems; implement controls for cash and inventory; and help set service, operations, and financial goals alongside the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests

• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
