Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team to deliver a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and set the tone for the crew. You will lead during shifts and ensure high standards across service and operations.

You will work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, and safety, while following all AES policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold environments.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and perform motions (bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching).

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
